I would say you're 100% wrong about PD TaylorI agree. However, look at what just happened a couple years ago in Okla County.
The Sheriff retired just prior to an indictment for corruption. He retained his retirement bennies.
There was a special election, in which the voters elected the right hand man of the corrupt Sheriff.
Now, P.D. Taylor wants to be re-elected. Does anyone really believe the Undersheriff didn't know what was going on with his boss?
Taylor at least knew it, at most participated.
Yet, Oklahoma County voters seem to approve, or at least not care.
