Sharing Hazmat Fees?

Anyone here ever go in and order powder along with someone else so they can split the hazmat fees? I was thinking of ordering 8lbs of powder from Widener's, but the hazmat fees keep me in check. If anyone in/around Tulsa is considering ordering some powder from there, let me know.

I was thinking of trying some of that Radway Green 4895 Widener's has, but don't want to get raped on the shipping/hazmat. Let me know if you see any there you need.
