I would mail them. A vise and a punch is nothing compared to a correct tool, as in a pusher.

Depending on who's using them; a vise, hammer, and punch are the right tools and they are universal. There are a few manufacturers that install their sights tight enough from the factory that a sight pusher cannot remove them.
