If you are into 3-gun this class will help you tremendously. As you know loading the shotgun is the most difficult part of the 3-gun match. It can make you or break you. You'll learn all kinds of great stuff including but not limited to:</p><p></p><p> Techniques that will allow you to operate a shotgun at lightning fast speeds.</p><p> Emphasis is placed on proper body positioning, trigger control, the shot cycle and multiple round engagement drills.</p><p> Deploying your shotgun from several different READY positions including slung.</p><p> Transitioning from one shooting platform to another to increase speed and efficiency of motion.</p><p> Speed reloads and combat reloads</p><p> Proper follow through techniques</p><p> Shooting and reloading on the move</p><p> Proper use of cover and concealment</p><p> Shooting from various barricaded positions</p><p> Man-on-man drills</p><p> Shotgun patterning and sighting in for slug shots</p><p></p><p>The ammo for this class is cheap. Here's what you need:</p><p></p><p>Required equipment:</p><p></p><p> 400 rounds of birdshot</p><p> 40 rounds of 00 buck, 2 3/4 in.</p><p> 40 slugs</p><p> Slings and kneepads are optional but recommended</p><p> Eye and ear protection</p><p> Your shotgun must be able to hold at least 6 rounds in the tube.
