Lonnie, I saw that report, and wondered myself why they busted them in Ok.
I know for a fact that some OK Game wardens have the authority to enforce federal laws, and have done so in the past.....
There is a story in this that we don't know about. Hopefully its in our best interests.

The Ok people were trying to get the fed to let the guys cross into Kansas before they busted them and the fed refused. What I am hearing is that he is just lazy and didn't want the paperwork. You can't arrest them on federal charges unless they cross a state line.
