I’ve got a tikka t1x with the 16” barrel and vortex diamondback 6-24x50 and it just feels like the scope takes up 2/3 of the gun. Any suggestions of what you guys are running and why you dig them.

Leupold 6-18x40mm target scopes always worked well for me. Clear glass and not too big to overwhelm a rimfire rifle.

That’s a great suggestion. I do think that would’ve helped my not feeling like the vortex looked so big on there if I would’ve gotten a smaller objective lens.

I'm currently running the same scope on my 20" T1x but I'm switching it out for the Strike Eagle as a standardize my scopes. Everything is getting the Strike Eagle 5-25x56 except my primary ELR gun which has the Razor Gen III on a 60MOA rail so that I can dial out to 500 yards.

I’ve heard good things about that brand but don’t have any experience with them. And I tried shooting 500 yards with mine before but didn’t have enough moa in my base….. it was pretty ugly results
