Have they ever used high explosive to kill a tornado? A105 or 155 howitzer with a plastic case so there would be no shrapnel & fuse with a chip could just be dust after the explosion?

A big EF 4 or 5 tornado that’s 1/2 a mile wide is producing its own explosives.

"...this (an explosive detonation) is no guarantee that you won’t simply be shifting energy within the larger storm system. In other words, by eliminating one twister and making the conditions unfavorable for a tornado in one location, there’s no way of knowing whether a new tornado will form in its place, perhaps 100 meters away, or a mile! There is so little practical experimentation that has been safely tried, which makes much of these ideas theoretical in nature." https://www.scienceabc.com/eyeopene...ado-by-firing-a-rocket-explosion-into-it.html

How would you have a weapon in place to do that? It's hard enough to even get good pics and videos of tornados, let alone set up a weapon and aim it, and determine what collateral damage to worry about.
