image.jpg Here it is, the seminar that will allow you to honestly assess yourself and your abilities to survive a violent encounter. "Under Duress" was designed by Konstantin Komarov PhD to allow participants to honestly and accurately assess their level of function under the worst of circumstances. It will involve live fire training, simmunitions (force on force), and much more. Placing participants in full contact unscripted scenarios designed to give participants an understanding of what it takes to function when under duress. Particular attention will be paid to teaching participants how to safely and properly train to expand there level of function/performance while under extreme stress.

Major Konstantin Komarov is a highly skilled retired Russian Special Forces officer, his extensive experience was gained through having served with both GRU and elite MVD Spetsnaz units, as a decorated war veteran. He holds a PhD in Psychology, and continues to provide training and consulting services to various Russian military and Spetsnaz units.

He was integrally involved in the development of Russia’s counter-terror tactics, including its terrorist/hostage negotiation techniques. Major Komarov has served as the principal negotiator in numerous terrorist-hostage sieges, and was part of the negotiating team at the Nord Ost Theater siege in Moscow in October 2002 and the Beslan School Siege in 2004, where he developed psychological profiles on the identified terrorists, among his other duties. After his military service Konstantin provided protective services for Moscow’s business and social elite.

Konstantin is a Master Instructor in Systema and regularly teaches classes in Mikhail Ryabko's school in Moscow as well as other locations.

Cost is $300 for both days. $150 for Saturday. Due to the nature of the training, the depth of the topic, and safety considerations participants are NOT allowed to attend the second day only. Class size is restricted to ensure safety and quality of training. Systema Instructors will receive a discount.
