Cabelas Super Mag 1600 for sure. Ive broken ice, gone over barbed wire, through torns/briars, etc. This will be their 3rd season and not one leak!!! They are on sale right now too. Get 1 foot size smaller, it helps keep them from slipping off in the real thick muck.
I have been useing the bone dry from bass pro for 2 years now and they are holding up very well. they have 1000 grams of insulation in the boot and they are 5mm neoprene
I got the BPS Bone Drys for $79 on sale 3 years ago. They've rubber pads on the knees, which is good when there is ice. Plenty warm, price is right, 3 seasons, no leaks.
