First, hacker called Th3j35t3r (the jester) whom is either in or retired from the US Armed forces has been taking down their websites on a regular basis:

Next, Anonymous and Westboro have been exchanging words and eventually westboro told "Anonymous" to "bring it."

So... Anonymous initially turned it down saying they have better things to do but then today, while WBC was conducting an interview, anonymous steps up and hacks all of westboro's websites and displays this:
