I believe this specimen to be of the species of Reptilicus Disgustus. It must truly suck to have no arms or legs, reduced to slither aboiut on one's stomach; undulating through the feces and urine of other animals, preordained through one's genus, not through genetic malfunction or legitimate injury. It is the manifestation of the debbil.

Regardless of their origins they're necessary and can actually make pretty cool pets/display animals. I have a couple myself.
