Original Poster. I have a lot of Ham Radio friends, given me a great deal of insite. Everything in life is from "our" perspective. To even post option #3, I would suggest you take a broader view of the real world outside your immediate situation. One of my ham radio friends has a bag for his pee, another bag for his poop, on dialysis 4 days a week. You can imagine what he is capable of in between, He is on ham radio absolutely every night at 10 pm in the Tulsa area talking and laughing about everything. Laughing about things that most of us do not even consider funny. Hell, he beat the odds that he would not be able even to wake up this morning. If I was in his position, I hope I would be laughing also. We are all temporary, dealing with what life throws at us till we are done. Myself, I am not giving in. they are going to have to drag me away. I do not talk too much about firearms here, been in a 4 year prolonged big buck divorce settlement. Yep, only have the one firearm I carry in my boat, Right? Yep I am down, thinking I will need to sell one of my airplanes to resolve this issue. It is all in your perspective. We all have real life, but all we have is life. Like my ham radio buddy "laughing Jim" He does not stay on the radio too late at night. His absolute priority in life is to get up each morning early to have his coffee sitting in a chair with his garage door up to watch the sun come up each morning. He hates cloudy days with the sun hidden behind the clouds, but he knows it is light, it will get better after a while. Kinda simple, but kinda important to him. He knows there might be one more day. It is all in your perspective. I am just an old guy getting older, but the best advice I can give you is "Get your mind right Luke." Myself, I have a few more rocks on my bucket list to go pee on before I am ready to be done. Hang in there, there might be something to laugh about some day,
