LOL i have 2 that are no longer 80% and i don't remember where i got them, but i did get them anodized down around SE 44th in OKC after the machine work had been done

This thread has identified to .gov who is going to buy one.
Just buy a finished Anderson for $40 and be done. Your not going to fly under the government radar by buying an unfinished.
The original owner of these blanks has tax records..... and sales receipts.
Never understood the want to attempt to hide a lower when you have a firearm when all the paper trail leads to you.
If it's a cash only deal, I can see it getting under the radar if there is no receipts in the deal.
