Whew!!! One full week back from a quick vacation to Shreveport/Boisser City last week, for a few days. Dang it, I just had to give my hard earned money to the Horseshoe and the El Dorado casinos!!!

Offered a higher management position at work, have a great ribeye sitting in a wonder beef rub (Plowboys Bovine rub)wrapped up tight in plastic wrap in the fridge, throwing it on the grill around 5:30ish and....it's the weekend...Hallelujah!!!!!

So, what's on tap...hmmm? In the beer department...Duvel, Moose Drool, and Lone Star. In the bourbon and whiskey arena...Jack Single Barrel, George Dickel, and some Evan Williams Single Barrel...can't remember what year.

Ahhh, the weekend and spring is here.
