A San Francisco woman was arrested Thursday after she allegedly tried to run down a Department of Parking and Traffic officer with her car, then take him on wild ride through The City while he held onto the hood of the vehicle, according to police.
Bo Mounsombath, 33, is charged with one felony count of assault with a deadly weapon and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run. The incident started in the 1300 block of Hayes Street when a DPT officer was issuing a traffic citation to Mounsombaths vehicle, Officer Albie Esparza said.
The officer jumped on the hood of the car to avoid being run over and held on to it as Mounsombath fled. She also reportedly hit a motorcycle, but the motorcyclist was not injured.
