I watched a video about her once. She has a medical condition that allows her to do that stuff. She started doing it to pay for related treatments.

Whoooa! Two of them, that is impressive to say the least! I was gonna try it one time, but backed out, as we were pulling a big load of equipment to Colorado and I did not want the wife to have to drive, and I knew I would be sacked out asleep for just trying it. That is wild how some of them competitive eaters chomp away at such an amount of food.
