Do you want an Ultra sized gun or a Pro sized gun. Kimber's sizing/model scheme: the Ultra is a 3" with an Officer's model sized grip (shorter by 1 round), the Pro is a 4" with a regular sized grip. The Compact is an Ultra grip frame with a Pro slide. The Custom is the full-sized gun.
