Headed to Ghana, W Africa.

I'm leaving Tuesday for a few weeks...

I've been invited by the Ghanian gubment to come over and participate in a memorial and dedication in honor of a friend (teacher) that died a few months ago. He was American but their family dedicated most of their life to helping the country.

We're traveling with full diplomatic protocol as well as with the Presidential motorcade.
Pretty cool.
Yea, we're traveling with the Ghanian President.

I lived there years ago, made lots of friends.
As time passed, the nationals that I hung out with are now higher-ups in the country. You never know what the future holds.

Ghana is one of the few countries in Africa that I would recommend.
Great people, most speak English, very stable country.

I'll be shooting lots of pics.

No CCW in Ghana.
After carrying for so many years, it kinda feels uncomfortable.
Lots of military and police check points though. Guys sweeping your knees with their finger on the trigger. Anyway, that's how it was last time.
Hopefully being in a motorcade, they'll just waive us thru.
