What do you carry when it has to be concealed and you can't wear a cover garment?

I think I'm going to get a Smart Carry for my Kimber Pro Carry. I ran into this issue Saturday. It was t-shirt weather, and I didn't have any decent way to hide it in my usual Milt Sparks Watch Six IWB.

Kangaroo Carry Standard or Air Marshall underarm jock strap.
Interesting product - haven't seen that one yet. How long have you had one, and what drove your decision? I've got a Kimber Pro Carry 4.5 inch and a S&W 65-3 that I'm looking for a good system for.

Do you take any special care choosing your t-shirt (like no light colored shirts, or a size bigger) or anything special?

What's your body build? Does that play much of a part in how it carries?

I've been using one for over a year. I have both those sizes. The Standard carries a P9 or P239 perfectly. The Air Marshall is more suited for the P229 or P220. The Nano is a little small but will work in the standard. Kangaroo has a smaller size but I have not tried it. For the guns you mention the Air Marshall would be the correct size.

I have carried a smaller one under a white T-shirt and it works fine but my preferred way to carry is over a white T-shirt and under a Henley or sport shirt. I find retrieval better and faster than an ankle holster or pocket holster. When possible, my preferred carry is IWB with my P220 Carry but I always have the Kangaroo on with one of the smaller handguns. I am 6'2" and weigh 215 lbs so it is easier for me to carry a larger gun. The bigger gun probably wouldn't work for a little guy but something like the P9 or P239 would. A thinner handgun is better as it rides mostly under your arm.

You're doing something wrong if you can't hide a 1911 under a loose t-shirt with a Watch-6.

Is your shirt tight?

I'm thin, 6'1" 185lbs, wear a size "L" t-shirt and can hide a Glock 19. Granted, there is better cover, but it is plenty concealed.

I wore the G19 under a fairly snug sweater today for church.

I carried a Kimber Compact with magwell the same way for a year or so in the past.

Most important things I've found so far, is finding a location on your belt line that doesn't force the butt of the gun to protrude. Some holsters exacerbate this problem, some minimize it. The other thing is a good *stiff* belt. I have a Kydex lined Looper belt, and a double layer thick leather belt that both work well.
