Mustard & mayo is better than ketchup.

I like mustard but on eggs it would taste like shite and real mayo is freakin nasty, I like Miracle Whip on my fried egg sandwiches, thats what we called mayo at my house growin up. My dad always had a jar of real mayo in the fridge but no one but him ever touched it. I started putting catsup on my scrambled eggs when I was a kid because my mom and sisters couldnt cook eggs for ****, once I learned to cook them myself I could make them fluffier with lots of butter and they didnt need the catsup then. My wifes eggs are pretty bad I put catsup on them. Best just to make them myself.

How do you not know how to make delicious Eggs?

My mom and my sisters liked them dry and almost brown so they made mine like that too but I like mine a little wet cooked with lots of butter. Same as with frying okra, they liked it crispy and burnt and I like mine more golden brown. My wife is the bread, pie, and cake baker of our house but she sucks at stove top cooking because she hates cooking. It was better I cooked, the kids cried less when I cooked...

At restaurants my fave is to have em cooked barely sunnyside up and then mix them up with my hashbrowns. I cant get em scrambled because by the time the wife tells them to almost burn her scrambled eggs and her bacon Im gonna get mine like that too no matter how I order them so I just go with a ham or steak and yummy runny eggs. When I was a kid my mom wouldnt cook them for me like that because she said it wasnt right that they werent done but I love the yolks so I cooked em myself. When I was wrestling and boxing I always put 6 or 7 raw eggs in a glass of chocolate milk after workouts for my protein.
