2nd amendment rights should only be fudged in the case of those who have been convicted of violent felonies or adhere to the enemies of the United States contrary to the values of the United States, or the mentally ill.

1st amendment rights should only be restricted in the case of undermining social values and institutions. Such as burning the U.S. flag, supporting the homosexual agenda, bestiality, incest, public orgies, public display of pornographic materials(including child pornography, bestial pornography, homosexual pornography or normative pornography in a public setting), supporting insurrection by calling for violence or rioting/being involved in public disorder.

I could see some fudging on the 14th amendment against illegal immigrants who should be declared not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

4th amendment in regards to finding and rooting out liberal/communists/terrorist enemies. They should be put on a blacklist not to be employed or permitted to engage on television or other venues to spread their ideology. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barenblatt_v._United_States)
