Here's mine using Federal 55 grain FMJ shooting with a bone stock Howa 1500 chambered in .223
It shoots better as it warms up, but you wanted a cold bore group so here ya go!

In light of AR10-types shooting well in this thread - I ordered one and took it for a spin.

First five out of the rilfe, 150FMJ 42.0 4064

20 minutes later, 168 A-Max 40.5 4064, not really "cold bore" - but I'll give it a try tomorrow.

The rifle: DPMS LR308T 16", Elite 3200 10x40

I realize this is not a 5 shot group but I thought it was pretty darn good considering I could barely see the target on the paper! 100 Yards Iron SIghts with Marlin 336 in 30/30. Using the DUKE rounds.

Yeah, I don't really get why he uses pink targets. They're very hard to see without a scope.

He has all kinds of black ones, all you have to do is ask for them, same price as the pink ones. I use the pink ones for pistols, black ones for rifle most of the time.
