I have an itch to put some really nice grips on my 1911. Has anyone got any knowledge of good quality grip that won't break the bank? This is what I am working with. Thanks.

I don't know..... $75.00 and up would be a little too pricy for my tastes. I'd like to stay around $40.00 to $60.00.... or less.
I like wooden, checkered grips. They look good and the checkering gives you a good grip on the gun.

When I picked up my last pair I googled VZ grips coupon code. Knocked $5-10 off the grips. Also pick up some of their skateboard tape for your front strap. Its precut, comes with 3 sheets for like $7
I've probably got a set of nice wood grips I could sell for $25.00 shipped. I can look for them later if you're interested.
