Anybody get anything cool that is gun-related today?

Was picking a 4 transfers from Riverbank Firearms yesterday. Eric only charges $10 regardless of how many items are transferred so I try to throw even a little business his way when I take advantage of his generosity.

Wife's b-day is coming up and she's from "that other state" and likes to shoot. I saw these yesterday and thought they'd be a nice little addition to the b-day goodie box this year.

Amend 2 "Texas Edition" mags... Never used one before so figured I could get a little something for her and try a new brand of mag, too.

I had to removed a little material from stock to make it completely free float, but I'm liking it. Pretty light, balances well too. I've adjusted the trigger down to it's lightest setting and I like it.

Mag will allow me to seat way out there past 2.90". I had cycled some 140 VLD's seated out to 2.875" and they fed really well. I have a bunch of 147 ELD-M's that love to be all snuggly with the lands.

Action is smooth and lock up is tight. Not the craziest fan of this stock color. Needs a good sanding and some cerakote.

I don’t know if Tikka is still sending these out with aluminum recoil lugs but if they are I would replace it with one from Mountain Tactical. That’s what I did with mine.

It’s ridiculous what mag’s cost. I found oem T3X 10 round mags for $70 but haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
