Put together my lower and upper (minus the barrel/handguard/gas sytem) on Saturday. Now I am debating what barrel length. Any advice? Looking at either a 10.5 or 7.5. Thanks

They have magwell adapters for standard AR lowers and they have specific 9mm lowers. I have a 10.5 and 12.5. The 10.5 is a beast to shoot unsuppressed. People hate me when I take it to the range. Only have 30-40 days before my form 4 is approved so that is nice.

You can use the same receivers. There are magwell adapters that allow the standard AR15 lower to accept 9mm magazines. The difference is a bcg will cost $185ish vs $120ish for a full auto AR15 bcg.

I wouldn't go shorter than 10.5". .223 ballistics are already marginal out of that length barrel. I would probably rather have a 12" actually. Either way, definitely a SB-15 "arm brace."
