Topics that I thought have polarized the OSA brethren. Until bacon.. Wright brand bacon baked in the oven. Comes out crispy, but not teeth-shattering crunchy, yet the fat is still nice a chewy. It's perfect. If you have time, slap a little bbq rub on your bacon and toss it on a smoker for a while. Comes out smokey and the same texture as baked.
