I've never bowfished, and now are restricted to a crossbow. I have a great place to do this. I wonder if they make equipment to use on a Xbow?
i would recommend you look into the whisker biscuit for a bowfish rig.

Jared, I currently have a whisker biscuit on my bowfishing rig, but, the arrows tend to be heavy enough that they sink into the whiskers some, and don't provide a stable enough rest for my liking.

I have a Baracuda bowfishing rig. I have only walked a creek a few times. I may take it a little more serious this year.
yes that will happen using fish arrows, to solve this you can use super glue to saturate the whiskers on the bottom, they will then be stiff enough to hold the heavy arrows.

Whisker bicuit makes a rest for bowfishing. It has stiff bristles under the arrow.I've never had any problems with mine.
It's due to the AMS kit that I purchased. Came with the heavy game arrow and tip. It's one heavy and mean looking sob.

AMS Roller works great. Just make sure the arrow is lined up so the stop for the safety slide does not make contact as it crosses the rest
