Is through the roof and setting my allergies on fire! Bet I've sneezed 200 times today. Gotta love Oklahoma.

Maybe bradford pear trees too. My eyes are gritty and itchy.

It hits me hard at this time every year. I was outside more than usual yesterday and had a bad sinus headache all evening.

Yep cedar pollen and Rag Weed tear me up, spring and fall. During the summer, its mold unless its dry out

I’ve been in cedar thickets all day, and it looked like a cloud of smoke every time a breeze blew. Cedar pollen doesn’t bother me near as much as rag weed.

Started hitting me sometime late yesterday. Woke up with some congestion, but thankfully nothing too terrible. Took some Benadryl and that seemed to help. Probably time for another one.
