There are conflicting reports. Go figure. One report that claims he was hit in the knee says he grabbed the kid after being shot.

Here is a quote from the grandfather/store owner I found humorous, "As the man made for the front door with the child, Easterly did just as she had been taught - she drew a gun and aimed for the would-be robber’s knee, Ackerman said."

I'm glad she and her kids are ok. It is a good thing she lives in Florida and not New York City.

I guess I can't read or something. But I did not see anything saying he got shot in the knee....{daydreaming}now if he got shot in the neck and was paralized forever that would be priceless..
