We had to put mom in a nursing home this year. We sold her house last Thursday. The 2nd coolist gift.. Getting mom to my sisters house on Christmas eve. It was the first time she has been out of the nursing home. The first coolist gift home cooking.. I will not say the nursing home food is the worst. But there is nothing like home cooked food. Gifts were not given out in the family. Getting her out and some home cooking was X-Mas. That made Christmas for all of us.
