Correct, they took the extra steps to build a completely different gun here, like they did with the Shadow 2 vs the SP-01.

What guns "do" is subjective. But I'd say generally keeping one from sending the gun to CGW is a huge plus. For either a RD cut or a trigger job, or both. Not to mention the checkering.

I got mine. 200 down range so far with no issues. Beautiful pistol. My new edc for a while unless I need the 365 type conceal-ability.
