as i remember there were several on air interviews with some of the group the deceased hung out with
they talked about all the "harassment" they got from DCPD
the reporter had reported all of the group had a long history of run-ins with DCPD
i'm kinda thinking the same as FAL guy about the DA letting the court system be the ones in the hot seat about making the shooter's guilty/not guilty judgement

Yup... intentionally exposing any emergency worker (EMS, fire, LEO, hospital ER staff, etc.) to blood or body fluids is a felony. Whether or not the fluids turn out to be infectious or whether the perpetrator believes them to be infectious or not. Doesn't matter. You spit, fling blood, pee or feces on any of the above, you gonna get a felony charge. And BB's right, that oughtta be for anyone.

It keeps preschoolers from being arrested and removed from their homes!
