Jennings arent the best of firearms. It would cost almost as much as the gun is worth to have the extractor replaced.

when is it not ejecting? manual operation of slide or when firing? the extractor is an assist style versus positive extract.
the gun was designed to use CCI STINGERS if it works with anything else your lucky. also limp wristing is a problem with those little guns.

C'mon Marine, you don't need a gun smith. You need a new gun(weapon).
Any amount of money you spend, will be more then the gun is worth.

What kind of shape is the hook of the extractor in? Is there enough meat there to use a fine cut needle file relieve a little behind the hook and perhaps change the angle a little for a better grab on the case rim?
