Eclipse traffic question.

Eclipse traffic was for real, at least coming home from the Russellville AR area along I-40. Thank you to the ODOT contractor who left their lighted signs on that said Right Lane Closed Ahead to create a 20 mile long parking lot on I-40 between the Sallisaw exit and Webber Falls exits.
BTW the right lane was completely open

Seriously, what was the carbon footprint calculated at for this event ?

I'm sure gas stations were booming. We saw a guy putting gas in his car from a gas can while sitting on an off ramp just short of reaching a gas station. Guess he coasted as far as he could but came up short.
