yeah i think it's the primer pockets are just too large.
if it doesn't get too cold we can head to the range and i'll let you check it out.

another cause of loose primers in overpressure. Its possible that there is an error on the load they did and overpressure is the cause. If so, that would be more dangerous than incorrect primer/pocket size. Blitz
What did federal have to say when you called them about the ammo?
I've been calling for the past 5 days and all I'm able to get is a voicemail for their customer service dept. I've left voice messages and e-mailed numerous times and still haven't heard anything back.
finally got to talk to somebody today and he said that he's never heard of anything like that ever happening before so I have to send the remaining ammo and spent cases to them in Minesota so they can do measurments and testing blah blah blah. I just hope they'll send me some more ammo no matter what they find out about it.
