Congrats! :thumb:

I had a '66 Mustang with a 289/auto trans for a short while. Gave $75 for it (oil light stayed on).

Cost $5-6 to fix it (plus my labor). Traded it for a chopped Triumph 650 that needed work. Sold the Triumph for $225 (without doing any repairs).

Thought I was wheelin' & dealin' ... :hithead:

If you can remove the 2 lower center section (Or Pumpkin as some call it)
bolts with a socket and a ratchet is is the 8" if the 2 lower bolts are covered a bit by the housing and a wrench is the only thing that
fits in there it is the 9"
And there is the tiny 7.25" that does not have a removable pumpkin.

The 8" is super strong so no worries really.

Thank you, I'll look into that

Good for you. I can't afford my dream car a 1970 Lamborghini Miura S. I did just buy this amazing classy old Jaguar Mk II. Like your car it doesn't have power steering or ac. A retro ac kit is $2200. I haven't checked on a power steering kit yet. I haven't even got the car home yet.
