We cut down two 17 to 20ft tall Crepe Myrtles that had turned into a tree. Took them to 6ft. He pestered me the whole time.
When we worked our Summer jobs in Alabama back in 2021, one of our "records" took us by a house in either Mobile or Birmingham that had a Crepe Myrtle tree that was about twice as tall as the house in front of it. That sucker was gorgeous.
I now wish I had taken a picture of it, but that house was right in the middle of the "record," so we couldn't stop to take a picture.
