Had a triple bypass back in 1996. (I'd rather go through it again than pass another kidney stone!)
So far, 20 years have been added to my life. I still feel 100% better than I did before the surgery. Do what the doctor says, go easy on your sternum for a couple of months, and be thankful for every day you've gained.

Congrats. Glad you're doing well, but yeah, I can imagine it isn't fun. Hang in there, man.
