Yep I'll have my 1911 on me and my wife will have the Sigma. and it will be stuffed and with one in the pipe.

Stir-fried pork is one of the best ways I've found to cook up some hog!
Eat wild pork all the time. Excellent table fare if processed properly in the field. I don't gut the Pig simply take the four quarters and the back straps. Get them on ice quickly. Cook the hams and loin anyway you want. The way I've enjoyed the shoulders is to smoke them whole then chunk up the meat cover with BBQ and put in the crock pot till it falls apart.
