Does anybody know of somewhere I can take my new purchase to so it can get a once over? It's a puma m92 in 480. I know of stevesgunz but I'd rather find a local guy before I send it off somewhere, but if I have to I will.

I have a guy at work that works on them. He lives off of I-40 in yukon and he is currently working on an original 1873 Win in 32-20 for a friend of mine. He does great work and is very, very reasonable. What do you mean by a once over? Is it not a new gun?

Yah, those Puma's are a little rough to begin with. I will tell you, my Puma 357 mag lossened/smoothed up nicely after a couple hundred rounds through her. I love that gun! Short, light, and handy. Just need to get some better sights.

Yeah, I'd just like to get it a basic CAS job done, even though I won't be using it for that. They also don't make the 480 with a big loop, so I need it installed
