I work in the gaming industry. I have no desire to do any gambling, or shows while I’m out here. I do plan on taking my one free afternoon and doing something fun later this week. I’m at an age now where a good book and a good view is good enough for me.

There’s a lot of good views down on the strip and Fremont street. Just sayin....

Had to wake up early this morning, catch a redeye flight to Las Vegas. Since arriving, I’ve been in two, 2 1/2 hour meetings. Finally got to the hotel only to find that I have a private balcony! Life has its little bonuses. Glad I brought a book.

My mom used to go to Vegas and read a book.
We have been to Vegas quite a bit in the past, but never read a book there. If you are in that industry, I understand.
We always ate, go to shows and gambled. Enjoyed going to Hoover Dam tours a lot.
