Grilled some paddlefish a week ago. Rubbed it down with seasoning on both sides. Slapped it on a hot grill, flipped it once and served it up. Good stuff!
Do you just put it all in a dish and bake it or wrap in a tin foil or parchment pouch?
This^^^. Soak it in lime or lemon. Cerivche they call it. South of the boarder type thing. The citrus cooks the fish. Pretty non-invasive, huh? What about Sushi? Just eat that shi+. Once you've reduced yourself to eating fish you can't be all that particular.Just eat it raw.
