Where are all the anti war progressives? Where are the protests? Are they all too stoned on legal pot to notice what is going on?

Just to add some interesting perspective;

http://www.americanthinker.com/2013/09/obama_tosses_syrian_hot_potato_into_republicans_laps.html

Sorry if the link doesn't work, cut and paste it and it's good.

The cliff notes are that the author thinks the attacks are likely as anything "false flag" ops by the rebels to leverage US military power against the regime. Seems plausible in an asymmetric warfare sense. he has some other interesting stats that we seem not to hear much about these days as well.

The ineptitude of Republicans is awe inspiring. It is why we should not expect a change in the balance of power anytime soon. That piece is spot on.

war is good for the economy. Do you all know what all those bombs cost? Without war, where would we spend all those defense dollars.

Are you hinting that there is some kind of military industrial complex? Surely you jest.
Sounding like some kind of Libertarian or something.

Good men won't stand idly by while civilians are repeatedly gassed.

These same "good men" stand idly by while civilians in many places around the world are killed and/or brutalized. What's so different?
Better opportunity here? More "stability" at stake? More "influence" at stake? More "interest" at stake? Gotta be something. Cause human rights ain't it.

Let me get this straight. We're gonna attack Syria because Syria attacked Syria?
Explain that ****...
