My AR blew up on me today...

Any idea what happened? Using factory ammo, it was either PMC or something with a head stamp of A P.

Nope, no injuries. The explosion was pretty self contained and really wasn't too scary.

What brand upper and lower?

The lower is a Code Red and I think the upper receiver is a Yankee Hill. The bcg and barrel are both BCM.

If you have any of the ammo left I would send some back to the manufacturer. I would also keep a bit and pull some of bullets to find out what happened.
