It's not all on her, wait until the FOIA requests for meetings, minutes and emails come out. A decision like this wasn't a lone wolf action. There were discussions and agreements and I bet they also discussed ramifications etc. This should be investigated vigorously as the number of victims is in the millions, and this wasn't some buried in the books law, or some vaguely interpreted law that was broken here. I honestly don't have any faith that anyone will get prosecuted but if nor nothing else, lets air it all out for NM voters.
