I said it elsewhere, but after watching drugs win the war on drugs...I feel pretty confident in their inability to enforce this should it come to pass.

I also believe that since we have sanctuary cities for illegals, and states that voted for decriminalization of drugs - that any identified 2A sanctuary would have the right to ignore this one too. Let's see that play out in court.

I've long wondered if it's a coincidence that a shiny new tax act (NFA34) got enacted right on the heels of the repeal of prohibition, which would've eliminated the need to keep so many revenuers on the payroll...
