Sorry I have to disagree. Manna is unleavened bread. So it had to have been tortilla chips.

An understandable misinterpretation, due to translating the various languages of the Old Testament writings.

Actually, manna was put ON unleavened bread.

So, Glorious Spam on tortilla chips. I could live for a while on that.

Where do you get that from?

This info is from gotquestions.org.

What was manna? Interestingly, the Israelites asked the very same question: “When the people of Israel saw it, they said to one another, ‘What is it?’ For they did not know what it was. And Moses said to them, ‘It is the bread that the LORD has given you to eat’” (Exodus 16:15). The Hebrew word translated “manna” literally means “what is it?”

The Bible nowhere discusses the chemical composition of manna. All we are told is that “it was like coriander seed, white, and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey” .

Try grilling that Glorious Spam next time. Man oh man, good stuff !

My Dad was in Korea during the hostilities back in the 50s. He never would eat Glorious Spam when I was growing up.
Said he'd had enough of it for 2 lifetimes during his time there.

Me, I love the stuff. I'm almost certain that 'manna' is Hebrew for 'Glorious Spam', and the Isrialites were sustained by it during the 40 years of wandering.

And, Pumpkin spice is an abomination. In any form.

Okay , now I am glad I got my boots on!! This is clearly a BS thread cause nobody would fire up a grill and disgruntle the grill gods with spam!!! I am outa here gotta go clean the crap off my boots!!!
