Fine looking AK. The milled out rectangle on the side of the reciever identifies that part being solid steel, as opposed to aluminum alloy, a feature I always admire on a Kalashnikov platform. I had no idea Polytech offered that feature. I own an Arsenal SA M-7 with a milled steel reciever that cost at least twice as much as it should. Market demand(perceived worth?) has sucked me in more than once, though. Congrats on your aquisition. If you don't own a AK/SKS front sight adjustment tool already, I'd suggest getting one before going to the range to get it zeroed in.
