What’s the latest with the pistol brace law?

Check this thread, it’s still pretty current except for the NRA belatedly joining the party in getting its members a preliminary injunction as well. Bottom line, ATF can’t enforce the brace rule at all until the court cases are resolved. BTW, it’s a RULE, not a LAW. Important distinction!
