The recent ruling is a preliminary injunction, nationwide - meaning, the ATF cannot enforce the arm brace rule at all… until the ongoing lawsuits are resolved. The general consensus is the ATF will lose these lawsuits, but probably on a procedural basis rather than on a 2A basis. This means there would be nothing to stop the ATF from trying again with another ruling, only this time they would be very careful not to stray outside the restrictions of the rule-making process.

It scares me that they might, nay, will, attempt to relieve us of our 2nd A rights.
